Grade 9 Farewell
Graduations and farewells happened online in 2020, so did Riverbend's. I teamed up with videographer, fellow teacher and friend, Ramy Melhem (@LuxMedia), to produce this video.

Riverbend is a model school. The aim was to show the school in all its diversity. I teamed up with Ramy Melhem again (@LuxMedia), who did most of the heavy lifting.
Target audience: grade 6 students who decide which Junior High to choose.
Graphic Design
Logo Refresh
The main goal: only a slight refresh, perhaps almost unnoticeable. Therefore, I based the design on an existing design found in the renovated front office.
The existing logo had a few issues.This is common in organisations, especially when the original vector file is not present and the logo are low-res JPGs. At that point, my hands usually start to itch. When I analyse a brand, I usually look at many, minute details, and produce some kind of analysis document. Although I thought up a number of significant brand updates, I recommended this design for its familiarity in feel.
Square footprints of logos make them better, more universally applicable. Especially when logos are grouped together, the wide ones usually become small to the point of illegibility.
